Extrait de l'aide pédagogique pour "Reminding someone of something" :

When communicating with others in the workplace, you may wish to repeat important information to make sure it is retained by those listening. You may also be concerned that a co-worker has forgotten something and want to tell them about it again, or simply tell someone about something that you think they already know, but that you wish to emphasize. Regardless of the context, you will need to be familiar with the various ways that can be used to remind somebody of something.

Different expressions which can be used to remind someone of something

·  ‘Keep in mind’/‘bear in mind’

These are used when you want to ask someone to remember a piece of information when they are doing or thinking of something else. They convey the general idea of having something in the back of one’s mind.

And keep in mind that the next big date in our diaries is Friday the 8th, and we'll be meeting here at 2 p.m. with the client

So, let's bear in mind that the meeting shouldn't go over two hours. – (Here it is used to tell someone/people to take something into account.)
